In the unexpected hazy weather last weekend, Team FatBird officially
kicked off Operation Sunbird 2015, our tried and tested 12-week FlightZONESTM structured training for the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore (SCMS 2015) and other year end international marathons.
In the health and safety interests of all Sunbird trainees, trainers and crew, the first session had to be cancelled because of the unhealthy psi levels in the morning. A short training briefing and sizing was conducted for those who turned up.
We look forward to much improved weather in session 2 this coming Sunday in the midst of lush greenery around the Reservoir training grounds.
With 11 weeks of road, hills, trails and pace training remaning, it is still early for those without any training plans to hop on this proven and results-producing marathon training program!
