The EKIN giving a brief to the enthusiastic group

Nothing beats a Sunday morning with runners, new shoes, smiles, red tents and the big swoosh everywhere! Yes, you’ve guessed it! The Nike Shoe Trial, featuring the LunarGlide+.

Team FatBird was at Bedok Reservoir to mingle with the enthusiastic crowd to have a go with the latest Lunars. With a turnout of about 20 strong, the Team FatBird route marshals had a cozy run.

The weather could not have been better at the Bedok Reservoir. With the Army Half Marathon going on concurrently, it seemed like we had the whole place to ourselves! The run route was also perfect for shoe enthusiasts to push the limits of the LunarGlide+. Having fought our way through sandy terrain, we managed to kick in some hills to maximize the experience of the Lunar’s dynamic support, before calling it a day.

Cool down after a satisfying run

Fruits and drink provided by NIKE, got us all pumped up for the next shoe trial at the Asian Civilization Museum. We’ll see you there!
